MOKLOUD

Mokloud is an online platform where Mauritian citizens can have access to documents made available to them by agencies registered on the platform.

Mauritian citizens should register themselves with their National Identity Card (NIC) on the Maupass platform (maupass.govmu.org) and the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) must be activated.

Please note:

 Instructions on how to activate Two Factor Authentication: 

  •     You can activate your Two Factor Authentication(2FA) by yourself through the Maupass App or you can proceed to the Post office.
  •     Download the App on Playstore/ Huawei App Gallery or App store.
  •     Open the Maupass App.
  •     Select-Activate 2FA through eKYC.
  •     Log in with the username and password of your Maupass account.
  •     Follow the steps to activate your 2FA.
  •    You have only two attempts to complete the activation through the App. In case of failure you will have to proceed to the nearest Post Office with your National Identity Card to activate your 2FA.
  •    To enable 2FA for the Mauritian applicants who are residing abroad, a virtual eKYC can be conducted. Please click here to open ticket for further assistance.

  •  Login into MoKloud – https://mokloud.govmu.org/
  •  Choose the method to send your security code, you will receive your code via the method chosen.
  •  Input your security code and click submit.
  •  Click Search to generate your Birth/Marriage certificate.
  •  Click refresh button.
  •  Click on PDF to download the certificate.

Note: If you still cannot generate/download the certificates, please proceed to the nearest Post Office for further assistance.

For queries regarding Birth/Marriage certificates, kindly contact the Civil Status Division department for further assistance.
Vaccination Card: For queries regarding the Digital Vaccination pass, citizens are requested to call on the 4013060 on weekdays from 08.45 to 20.00 hours and during weekends from 08.45 to 16.00 hours or on email address passvaksinal@govmu.org
