and you should be 14 years and above to be able to register.<\/p><p>Enter Surname at birth instead of Surname if you are below 18 years or you do not have the new (biometeric) National Identity Card.<\/p><p>For non-citizen of Mauritius, you can register with Passport number but you can only benefit the e-service- Application for learner&#8217;s
